River Country Products has a one-year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. We also have a 30-day return and refund policy; however, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us prior to returning the item.
In the event of a defect or warranty claim River Country Products will, at its option: (i) provide a replacement or (ii) issue a refund up to the amount you paid for the Product. Returns or picture evidence of defective products may be required on a case-by-case basis prior to any refund or replacement being issued.
If your product is defective and is within your warranty period, contact us in order to receive a return authorization. We do not require returns in all cases, so please do not return product to River Country Products without authorization. River Country Products does not pay for return shipping.
When contacting us about a return, please include your Order ID number.
