I bot the large 700 ml cup. Good quality and incredible value. There are no markings so your have to have a way to measure the liquid. I really like that RCP is dedicated to affordable lower weight solutions.

It holds 10.14oz of water.
It’s sturdy and the lid fits as it should. The handle is nice size, plenty of room for fingers and easy to hold onto.
I also use this cup to store my River Country backpacking stove, fits perfectly.
